As soon as you enter the house, you come into the with natural light-flooded, spacious living room with a direct view of the large pool overlooking the beautiful lake with its even more amazing sunsets. The oversized sundeck and terrace with outdoor bar and plenty of space to barbeque and enjoy endless days and evenings. Comfortable sun loungers and outdoor kitchen with grill, a bar and a dining table set leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month, the solar-powered pool heater ensures pleasant pool temperatures. The house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room. In the living room there is a 55" TV and internet access. The master bedroom with direct access to the pool is furnished with a king-size bed and a 32' TV. The spacious master bathroom has a double sink, a separate tub and shower. All very spacious. The toilet is separated. Attached is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also with direct access to the pool area, is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and television. The third bedroom in friendly beach colors has two twin beds. The house has a spacious garage. Beach chairs and beach towels, as well as pool toys are available. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 guests. Briarwood is a very nice quiet 24 hour gated community with a clubroom, two community pools, one of which is an Olympic size pool. Sports facilities include beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and pickel ball, a children's playground and many opportunities for long or short walks. The community is centrally located in Naples and you can reach all shopping facilities within 5 to 10 minutes by car. The popular 5th Avenue with its variety of shops and great restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes. The gorgeous Gulf of Mexico is only 5 miles away. Minimum of 7 days required - Rental Rates: January - End of April $ 280 per night. Mai - September $ 150 per night. Oktober and November $ 220 per night. Dezember $ 250 per night.
