Naples Real Estate Referral Network: Our Naples SW Florida Referral Network is for Lic. Real Estate Brokers & Realtors and their incoming referrals for local and out of state customers, interesting in buying in SW Florida or sellers leaving SW Florida.

Referral fees in the real estate business are fees charged by one broker to another for a client referred. They are most common when a seller client is leaving the area and their agent refers them to an agent or broker in the new area to which they're moving. In general the referral fee is a percentage of the final commission received by the agent who accepts the referral.

“To all Licensed Brokers: We pay incoming referral fees”

The referral fee is paid in accordance with state law and upon closing of the transaction. “We do not accept any kind of lead generation systems”. All referral fees are paid to the broker of the referring real estate office. All referral fee agreements are between cooperating brokers. It is illegal in the State of Florida to pay anyone other than a Licensed Broker who is working for a Brokerage a fee.

Incoming, meaning referrals you send to us. We will pay qualified real estate broker up to 25% referral fee if the referred are seller's or buyer's in our area from Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva or Cape Coral.

How Are Referral Fees Paid in SW Florida?

Referral fees are paid from broker to broker rather than between individual agents. Referral agreements are paid between cooperating brokers. The broker will then pay the agent.

It is illegal for a broker to hire or compensate someone without a proper license for acts that require a license. If a referral fee is paid to someone without the proper qualifications, the people who paid the fee could have their own qualifications removed.
